who we are

Mandi Perez graduated with a Masters of Architecture from the Texas A&M School of Architecture in 2005. She has been a licensed Architect for 16 years and has gained building knowledge and experience through previous employment with small and large architecture firms and projects of her own. Her knowledge of building is buttressed by being the daughter of a Construction Superintendent. Mandi excels at project management, problem solving, and coordination of all the building disciplines needed to take a project across the finish line. Mandi is also an alumni of Baylor University.

Steven Perez graduated with a Masters of Architecture from the Texas A&M School of Architecture in 2005. He has a keen eye for design and enjoys taking ideas and expanding upon them to create meaningful and functional three dimensional spaces. He excels at visual communication and is a creator and innovator at heart. He has 17 years of work experience in building design and construction that ranges from pencil sketching to the physical labor required to transform those sketches to a finished building. Steven fell in love with drafting at an early age in his middle school drafting class and went on to graduate from the highly esteemed Booker T. Washington H.S. for the Performing & Visual Arts. Steven is also an alumni of the University of Texas at Austin.
